Freedom Village Healthcare Center has two immediate openings 1) Full-Time Treatment Nurse and 2) Part-time Weekend Treatment Nurse to join our team! Job Responsibilities Perform wound care and treatments as ordered by physicians or nurse practitioners. Assess and document skin integrity and wound progression. Monitor residents for signs of infection, complications, or changes in condition. Maintain treatment records and ensure timely completion of physician orders. Participate in wound rounds and care planning meetings as assigned. Observe and report changes in resident physical, mental, and emotional conditions. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed. Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality are maintained. Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation. Maintain treatment records, progress notes, incident reports, and physician communications. Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in California. Current CPR. Two plus years of experience as a Treatment Nurse. Clinical skills, bedside manner, infection control, nursing skills, physiological knowledge, administering medication, medical teamwork, multi-tasking, listening, verbal communication, health promotion and maintenance.

Schedule:

Full-time:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

OR- Part-time:

Saturday-Sunday, 16 hours

Salary:
