9376007-91730 Job Description Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting local students as an LPN/LVN in a dynamic school environment near Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We are seeking multiple Licensed Vocational Nurses for both full-time and substitute per diem roles. Whether you're experienced in direct, individualized care or prefer the pace of a health office, youll find varied and meaningful work in this setting. Ideal candidates will have current skills relevant to school-based nursing, and those with ventilation and tracheostomy certifications will be given priority consideration. You will primarily work in 1:1 appointments with students, but may also be called upon to assist in a busy health office as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Valid California LVN/LPN license in good standing Ventilator and tracheostomy certification highly preferred Prior experience in school nursing or pediatric settings a plus Excellent communication and assessment skills Ability to adapt to varying assignments, whether in individualized care or in a general health office Compassionate, student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to students, including those with complex medical needs Carry out individualized health care plans and assist with daily medical tasks Monitor student health and respond to emergent needs Document care provided and communicate updates to relevant staff Maintain confidentiality and uphold school health policies
