Job Description

Crisis Residential Facility in Riverside County is looking to hire a Part-Time LVN Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for Synergy Estate roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay at Synergy Estate in good faith believing it pays for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Under the direction and supervision of the R.N., provides direct medical and programmatic nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and participates in patient teaching. Assumes responsibility for completing assigned duties and for supervision of non-licensed nursing staff. Works cooperatively with patient team personnel to maintain standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
Current valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Technician/Vocational Nursing in the State of California. Ability to assess the age specific needs for all patients. BCLS required. Management Assaultive Behavior (MAB) is required within 90 days of hire. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional sitting for long periods of time. Frequent walking, standing, bending and reaching. Occasional lifting with assistance up to 250 pounds. Frequent pulling and pushing up to 100 pounds. Corrected vision and hearing to a normal range. Finger dexterity. Constant exposure to stressful situation. WORKING CONDITIONS
