Per Visit Rates•$60•$80 per visit Pay rate varies based on area of coverage, home health experience and number of visits / weeks Competitive Compensation, Flexible Schedule and a great Work Environment Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team! The ideal candidate works well both independently and within a team, can maintain a positive attitude to encourage patients in recovery, and has existing knowledge of Nursing guidelines and recommendations. Responsibilities Assist in monitoring patient conditions, report status changes, and contribute to ongoing updates of the care plan under RN supervision. Provide direct patient care, administer authorized medications and treatments, and support daily clinical needs. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient treatments, vital signs, and clinical progress. Ensure a clean, safe environment by properly handling, sanitizing, and maintaining medical equipment during visits. Qualifications Current state licensing for Licensed Vocational Nurse, CPR required.
