3 weekdays + weekend coverage LVNs in Sonora and surrounding areas

This 13-week assignment offers 5 8-hour shifts with 3 weekdays plus weekend coverage , providing care to patients in their homes under the direction of an RN. Why Consider This Assignment? Day Shift 5 8-hour shifts 3 days during the week + weekend coverage Home health setting Patient visits based on department policies and procedures Opportunity to provide individualized patient education Perform clinical procedures including phlebotomy and injections Medication administration Participate in interdisciplinary care planning On-call duties may be assigned based on agency needs Requirements Active California LVN license Current BLS certification Valid driver's license preferred At least 21 years of age preferred Home health experience is a plus
