Operate CT equipment, adjust protocols, and optimize image quality. Adhere to safety protocols, radiation dose management, and infection control. Verify patient information, prepare exams, and manage contrast administration. Collaborate with radiologists to interpret findings and support diagnoses. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with imaging technology and best practices. Maintain meticulous imaging records and documentation for each study. Communicate effectively with patients and families to explain procedures and expectations. Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based growth metrics. Assist in scheduling, throughput optimization, and minimizing patient wait times. Ensure on-site equipment readiness, routine maintenance, and timely reporting of issues. Uphold professional standards, ethics, and company values during daily activities. Experience/Qualifications Certified CT technologist with ARRT or equivalent licensure. Radiation safety training and dose optimization per ALARA principles. Proficient operation of multi-slice CT scanners and protocol optimization. Contrast administration and monitoring with adverse reaction readiness. Adherence to infection control protocols and PPE usage. Accurate patient information capture and meticulous exam documentation. Collaboration with radiologists for accurate interpretation and queries. Patient communication to explain procedures and manage expectations. Throughput optimization and support for scheduling to reduce wait times. Achievement of performance targets and contribution to pipeline growth. Maintain professional ethics and alignment with company values. On-site maintenance awareness and timely reporting of equipment issues.
