Position Overview Kings View is seeking a Nurse - MH LVN/LPT to provide nursing services within a behavioral health clinic setting. This position supports consumers through medication management, health education, assessments, care coordination, home visits, and collaboration with providers and community partners. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing services, assessments, and health education to consumers Assist physicians during medication clinics and monitor consumer health needs Administer medications and injections accurately and safely Conduct behavioral and physical assessments and intervene when appropriate Coordinate with physicians, pharmacy staff, and community agencies Provide medication, education and linkage to services Conduct home visits and follow-up with consumers regarding treatment compliance Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records Collaborate with Board and Care facilities and community partners Participate in trainings, committees, and quality improvement activities What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPT nursing program Valid and current California LVN, LPT, or RN license Valid California Driver's License (Class C) One (1) to three (3) years of nursing experience preferred Working knowledge of psychotropic medications and medication administration Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Equal Opportunity Employer Kings View is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
