Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for pediatric and adult patients throughout Orange County. We are actively recruiting nurses with tracheostomy and ventilator experience, and pediatric experience is highly preferred. We have multiple cases available with flexible scheduling, including: Days Afternoons Overnights Weekends Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home setting and want to work with medically fragile patients, we'd love to hear from you. Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, and other specialized medical needs. Monitor and document patient status, identifying changes in physical or psychosocial condition. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
