We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality nursing care to patients. In this role, you will monitor and report patient condition changes , assign duties, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being .

Qualifications include:

Graduation from an accredited LPN program Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state

Preferred:

one year of skilled nursing experience CPR certification, obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current Key skills and responsibilities: Make independent decisions when necessary Deliver competent, high-quality nursing care Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
