We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting. Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions. Assess resident conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team. Assist with admissions, care planning, documentation, and discharge coordination.

Requirements:

Active LPN License . Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) electronic charting. Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities. Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care.

8-Week Travel Assignment 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week 12-Hour Day Shifts 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime is rare and generally only available if covering an unexpected staff call-out.
