Inspiration Home Health Care is a home health care company dedicated to offering quality and dependable services that satisfy the healthcare needs of each individual patient. We are currently seeking a highly qualified LPN to join our growing healthcare team for part-time work and pay from $40-45 per visit (depending on experience and qualifications). Offering flexible schedules. We provide highest quality of home care in the Denver, Elbert, Arapahoe, Adams, Douglas, Jefferson, Gilpin, El Paso, Boulder, Larimer, Clear Creek, Weld area. REQUIREMENTS
Experience-preferred. Must have a valid Colorado LPN license. Must be CPR Certified. Must have a driver license and auto insurance. Able to work in our servicing areas. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes according to the plan of care. Perform vital signs monitoring, wound care, medication administration, and patient education. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN. Document all care accurately and timely in the patient record. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and state regulations. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
