Shifts:

Full-time, 6am-6pm - with rotating weekends Full-time 6pm-6am - with rotating weekends Part-time 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am PRN 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am Come join the amazing Atlas Post Acute team! Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus, but not required Rate Range - $37-$40/hour Ready to make a difference?
