Job Description

Job Summary:
Join our Nursing team where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Unit Nurse, you will oversee nursing staff on your unit, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality services are delivered.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care delivery
  • Coordinate and prioritize patient assignments based on acuity and staffing levels
  • Perform clinical assessments and provide direct patient care as needed
  • Administer medications, including and , following established protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on treatment plans and disease management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Active RN/LPN license in Colorado
  • Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
