Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Connecticut is required BLS/CPR certification (current and valid) Professional experience working with children or adolescents in school or healthcare settings (LPN/LVN or CNA background desirable) Experience or strong interest in 1:1 care for medically fragile individuals Approachable demeanor, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in a school environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and monitoring for a single student with complex health needs Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals Implement care plans directed by medical providers Respond efficiently to health emergencies and routine care requirements Accurately document observations, interventions, and student progress Work onsite in a welcoming high school environment, building a connection with your student and making each Wednesday count.
