We are seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality home health care in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting Follow established care plans and monitor patient condition and progress Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in patient status Qualifications Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted) Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred Pediatric experience strongly preferred Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025) https://info.flclearinghouse.com Required at Application Resume Active nursing license, driver's license, and Social Security card Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC) Recent physical (within 6 months) and TB test (within 1 year) Compensation $25 - $35 per hour Apply Today —
