Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease. In this role, you will perform dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support care plans under RN and physician direction. You will educate patients and families on treatment and home care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure safety and infection control standards. Responsibilities Perform hemodialysis treatments according to prescribed orders and protocols Monitor and document patient vital signs, responses, and treatment parameters Administer medications and fluids as directed by RNs and physicians Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMREducate patients and families on dialysis procedures, home care, and kidney health Follow strict infection control and safety standards in the dialysis unit Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and treatment areas Collaborate with RNs, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary team members on care plans Recognize and respond to patient complications or emergencies during treatment Support a compassionate, patient-first environment aligned with U. S.
