The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing services while promoting patient comfort, safety, and independence in the home setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a collaborative and energetic environment committed to excellence. Current Location of our patients is Brandon and Lithia, FL 12hr shifts- No visits Night shift 7p-7a Mon-Thurs Day Shifts Sign on bonus Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring. Provide tracheostomy care and suctioning as needed. Administer enteral nutrition and medications via G-tube. Administer oral medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Observe for and respond appropriately to seizure activity. Assist patients with bathing and other personal care needs while maintaining dignity and safety. Educate patients and family members regarding care plans and treatments. Accurately document all care provided and promptly report changes in patient condition to the supervising clinician and physician. Qualifications Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice. Current BLS/CPR certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance. Ability to travel to patients' homes within the service area. Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
