00/hour, based on experience We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a growing Gastroenterology practice in Brandon, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to become a permanent member of the practice. The ideal candidate is a confident, dependable Medical Assistant who enjoys working closely with a provider and is comfortable with direct communication, coaching, and feedback. The provider is looking for someone who is adaptable, receptive to feedback, and able to learn and adjust quickly . What You'll Do Triage incoming clinic calls and assist with patient needs Room patients and obtain vital signs Prepare patient charts for upcoming clinic days Maintain accurate and organized patient documentation Assist the provider with daily clinical workflow Follow provider-specific processes and preferences, including paper chart preparation Communicate effectively with the provider and clinical team What We're Looking For 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required CMA certification required Gastroenterology or specialty experience preferred Prior authorization experience is a plus Epic experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable receiving and applying feedback Able to work effectively with a provider who provides direct coaching and guidance Quick learner who can adapt to changing needs and workflows Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Bilingual skills are not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
