Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate licensed RN or LPN to be our Wellness Director / Asst. Executive Director and join our dedicated team in leading the operations of a vibrant senior care community. In this pivotal role, you will support the Executive Director by overseeing our 39 bed Assisted Living Facility ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will foster a warm, safe, and engaging environment for residents with diverse needs in both Independent Living and those requiring Assisted Living services. Duties Assist the Executive Director in managing daily operations across all departments, including Maintenance, Grounds, Public Safety, Assisted Living and Dietary services. Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and promote professional development to ensure high-quality resident care Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to assisted living facility Support budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and optimize resources to maintain operational efficiency Foster positive relationships with residents' families and community partners to promote transparency and trust Requirements Must have an LPN or RN License. Proven experience in senior care environment such as assisted living and retirement communities Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in healthcare setting Experience in operational management skills including budgeting and financial acumen Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, residents and their families Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail CORE Training preferred but not required for the right person if willing to obtain Experience with Indepent living, Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
