Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty / In-Home Care Passionate Care Services Passionate Care Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care to a single patient in the patient's home . This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys private-duty nursing and providing consistent, individualized care in a home setting. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home according to the established Plan of Care. Monitor the patient's condition and report changes or concerns to the supervising RN/Director of Nursing. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Perform skilled nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice and according to the patient's needs. Monitor vital signs and overall health status. Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as appropriate. Maintain patient safety and infection-control precautions. Complete accurate nursing documentation for each shift. Communicate professionally with the patient, family, nursing supervisor, and other members of the care team. Follow all agency policies, physician orders, and applicable state and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current and active Florida LPN license . Current CPR/BLS certification . Current Level II background screening or ability to complete required screening. Previous private-duty, home health, pediatric, or skilled nursing experience preferred. Ability to work independently in a home setting. Dependable transportation and reliable attendance. Strong communication and documentation skills. Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach to care.
