Licensed Practical Nurses Three Positions Available Qualifications Current State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Must maintain all continuing education and competency requirements Due to the nature of the job, verbal and written communication skills, in English, are required Ability to work respectfully and professionally in a fast-paced environment Customer service and interpersonal skills Follow policies, procedures, and direction from leadership Employer has a dress code and grooming standards Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently Perform job duties safely and effectively - Following Employer Standards - We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our wellness team. The LPN is responsible for overseeing resident care, supervising caregivers and med-techs, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide oversight and support for resident care needs Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Assess residents during move-in and throughout residency Document all pertinent information in resident medical records Transcribe and follow physician orders Communicate with physicians, families, and medical providers regarding resident care Schedule resident appointments as needed Report and document incidents according to company policy Update and maintain resident information in the resident management system Supervise caregivers and med-techs Provide hands-on care and assistance to residents when needed Perform additional duties as assigned We offer a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
