Job Description

Vi Living seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care for residents in our luxury senior living community. In this full-time role, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in electronic health records. You'll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members while supporting CNAs and promoting safety and infection control. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a senior living setting Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policies Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions in electronic health records Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams on care plans Supervise and support CNAs and other caregiving staff during shifts Maintain infection control and resident safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care and changes Participate in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care Respond to emergencies and perform basic life support as needed Engage in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives Required Skills Skilled nursing care Medication administration Wound care Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Vital signs monitoring and assessment Infection control practices IV therapy (per state scope) Care planning and coordination Patient and family communication Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR
