Shifts Available:
Every Thursday Every other weekend rotation
Shift Time:

PM Highlighted Position Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for assigned medication carts in either Assisted Living (AL) or Memory Care. Complete weekly medication cart audits. Review and approve medications/orders within the Yardi eMAR system . Fax medication-related information and follow up with the pharmacy as needed. Complete scheduled skin observations and follow-up documentation. Incident Report Completion and Progress Note Complete Resident Evaluations

  • Readmission
  • Change Of Condition Provide resident family updates and communication as needed.
Process and follow through with new physician/provider orders. Supervise scheduled Caregivers and Medication Technicians during assigned shifts. Assist with maintaining compliance, resident care standards, and daily nursing operations.
