What You'll Do Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the care team Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Collaborate with physicians, therapists, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment Qualifications Current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend Join the Ayers Family At Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center, you'll find more than a job—you'll find a team that supports your growth, values your contributions, and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every resident.
