Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team of skilled healthcare professionals. You will work a part-time schedule, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions Participating in patient care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Nursing (LPN) or related field Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida Ability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills
