KindTouch Healthcare Services is looking for a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric client in the comfort of their home in Braselton, GA. This is a part-time position offering approximately 8 hours per week. The family is flexible with scheduling , making this a great opportunity for an LPN looking to add a few hours to their current schedule.

Pay:

$28-$30/hour Client Description This case is for an 18-year-old client diagnosed with cerebral palsy and a seizure disorder . The client receives individualized nursing care in the comfort of their home according to an established plan of care. Accurately record the client's medical history and nursing documentation. Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and other measurements as required. Monitor the client's condition and report changes or concerns. Administer care and treatments according to the established plan of care and physician orders. Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other members of the client's care team. Complete required documentation using our EVV system from your smartphone . Provide emotional support to the client and family when needed. Follow nursing best practices, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Georgia LPN license . Successful completion of an approved LPN nursing program. Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate . Experience caring for clients with cerebral palsy and seizure disorders is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, patient, and able to remain calm in stressful situations.
