About Us Jumpstart Healthcare Services is a growing homecare agency dedicated to providing quality care and support to clients throughout Georgia. We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys both client interaction and administrative coordination, and who is comfortable traveling within the service area for client visits and assessments. Responsibilities Conduct nursing supervisory visits and client assessments as assigned Travel to clients' homes for face-to-face visits when needed Assist with monitoring client care and ensuring compliance with agency requirements Coordinate with the RN Supervisor and office staff regarding client needs and scheduling Complete and submit required documentation in a timely manner Maintain professionalism and compassionate care during all client interactions
