Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Provide direct patient care and assist in the delivery of nursing services. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
