Located in Whigham, GA, our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. About the Role As a RN Weekend Supervisor , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care is provided to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in managing our nursing team, conducting rounds, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise our nursing team on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services Conduct rounds to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and report on resident outcomes and trends, making recommendations for improvements Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional growth and development in a well-established organization Competitive salary and benefits package Requirements Current RN license in the state of Georgia Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional care and services to our residents
