Varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in Hilo, Hawaii . The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes promptly. Assist with daily living activities and promote resident comfort and safety. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards. Requirements Active Hawaii LPN License . Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred. Current BLS certification. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay:
$1,950.00 - $2,050.00 per week
