Weeks Job Duties:

Provided direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and reporting changes in condition. Administered prescribed medications and treatments accurately while monitoring for adverse reactions and maintaining medication records. Maintained accurate documentation of resident assessments, care provided, and treatment outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR). Supervised and delegated tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring quality resident care and compliance with facility policies. Collaborated with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans while promoting resident safety and well-being.

Job Requirements:

Active

BLS- AHA

Certification Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC/SNF) experience. LPN License IA state Looking for candidate who can travel to Carroll, IA location.

Schedule:

Night Shift 40 hours per week

HC Pay:

$35.00 - $38.00 per hour
