RN/LPN/CNA

, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports safe outcomes and comfort.

Your responsibilities may include:

Delivering direct patient care (per your scope of practice) Taking and recording vital signs and patient observations Assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support) Administering medications and treatments (RN/LPN) according to facility policy Working collaboratively with providers, families, and the care team Documenting care in accordance with standards and facility requirements Monitoring changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly Who we're looking for You're a caring professional who shows up, communicates well, and takes pride in quality care.

Ideal candidates include:

RNs:

Active RN license, good standing, relevant experience preferred

LPNs:

Active LPN license, good standing, relevant experience preferred

CNAs:
