Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee the operations of our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for our residents while managing staff, budgets, and compliance with regulations. This role requires a compassionate leader with a strong background in senior care, memory care, and community management. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and supervision to maintain a high standard of care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being and engagement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care services.
- Monitor budgetary performance and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to improve service delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to resident care and facility operations.
- Call twice per week and every 5th weekend is required. Qualifications
- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home management, or home community care.
- Strong knowledge of memory care practices and senior care regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Compassionate approach to caregiving with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in senior care management are advantageous.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00- $80,000.
