Every day, you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care. To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation.
