Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend evening shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents' well-being, and collaborate effectively with the care team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents' health status Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and team members Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Idaho Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
