Job Description

We are looking for RNs & LPNs to join our team! Day, Evening, and NOC shifts available. Certified Nurses provide person-centered nursing care and treatment to elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents. Integrates technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the individual needs of residents and families. Assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. The RN/ LPN (Certified) uses the knowledge and expertise gained through the special certification process to treat the resident/patient population that would benefit from the specialized clinical care. Qualifications Valid RN or LPN license Ability to perform patient assessments Premium skills in critical care, cardiac catheterization, and medical office procedures Relevant skills in airway management, health coaching Willingness to work in various healthcare settings, including long-term care and skilled nursing Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to identify any changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including tube feeding and airway management. Collaborate with medical staff in a medical office setting to enhance patient outcomes and coordinate care.
