What You'll Do Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with Illinois scope of practice and facility policies. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to the care team. Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident orientation. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Accurately and timely document care provided in resident records. Support residents with daily needs and activities of daily living (ADLs). Promote resident safety and follow infection prevention practices. Provide compassionate support to residents and families. What We're Looking For Current, active LPN license in Illinois . Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. New graduates are encouraged to apply — training and mentorship provided!
