What You'll Do:

As an LPN at Renaissance, you'll be an important part of our residents' care team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing skilled, compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitoring residents and promptly communicating changes in condition Providing wound care and other clinical treatments Supporting and working alongside CNAs to ensure excellent resident care Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Collaborating with RNs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

What We're Looking For:

Current Illinois LPN license Strong medication administration and clinical skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities A dependable, resident-focused approach to nursing Familiarity with EHR systems; PCC experience is a plus Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply At Renaissance Care Center , we know great resident care starts with a strong nursing team.
