Job Overview Join the founding team of Lake Harbor Behavioral Health! We are a new behavioral health and addiction treatment facility opening soon in Gurnee, IL. We are seeking caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary treatment team. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care and medication administration Work closely with RN's, providers, and therapists. Monitor patient health status and respond to medical needs Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment Great opportunity to gain behavioral health and addiction treatment experience Qualifications Current Illinois LPN license (in good standing) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Behavioral health, addiction treatment, detox, or residential experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
