$75,000/year

Quality Measure Bonus:

Earn up to $7,500/year The Role As an MDS Coordinator, you will work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident assessments are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. You'll gather information from residents and staff, coordinate assessment schedules, and help maintain documentation that supports quality care and appropriate reimbursement.
