Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. Salary:
$90,000/yearQuality Measure Bonus:
Earn up to $7,500/year What You'll Do Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely Gather clinical information from residents and the interdisciplinary team Coordinate MDS scheduling and ensure required documentation is completed Monitor assessments for accuracy and compliance Work with nursing and other departments to support quality outcomes and appropriate reimbursement What We're Looking For Active RN license required Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required MDS experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working with clinical documentation Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off If you're an experiencedSNF/LTC RN
