Job Description

Marshall RehabilitationNursing is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator RN to join our skilled nursing team. This is a salaried position with an opportunity to grow into the MDS role with training and support.
Salary:
$90,000/year
Quality Measure Bonus:
Earn up to $7,500/year What You'll Do Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely Gather clinical information from residents and the interdisciplinary team Coordinate MDS scheduling and ensure required documentation is completed Monitor assessments for accuracy and compliance Work with nursing and other departments to support quality outcomes and appropriate reimbursement What We're Looking For Active RN license required Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required MDS experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working with clinical documentation Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off If you're an experienced
