Requirements:

Current LPN license from the State of Illinois Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation a PLUS! Previous experience in a Short or Long-Term Care facility or LTACH preferred Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented Exceptional critical thinking skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults 'Generations
