Your Role:

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated resident care Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing Promote restorative care and resident independence Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation Support and mentor nursing staff to create a positive, resident-centered environment Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being

Who We're Looking For:
