Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Current and valid LPN or LVN license Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred Ability to adapt to a variety of age groups and needs, including K-12 student populations Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff CPR certification (required) Flexibility and reliability for a school-based schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Provide routine and emergency nursing care to students during school hours Manage medication administration, health plans, and medical documentation Support students with chronic conditions, special needs, or injuries Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote a healthy school environment Educate staff and students on health topics, hygiene, and wellness Respond swiftly to urgent health situations and follow appropriate protocols
