As a pivotal part of our healthcare staff, the LPN will administer nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, contributing to the health services provided at our facilities. This position demands a detail-oriented, resilient professional ready to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents while strictly adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. Responsibilities Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions. Maintain accurate patient health records and report any discrepancies to the supervising nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments to patients, observing reactions or side effects. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Follow a specific care plan for patients and report on completed tasks. Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans and provide feedback to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records Ability to administer medications and provide general nursing care Detailed knowledge of emergency care processes and protocols Capacity to analyze situations and make critical decisions promptly Empathy and patience with elderly residents
