Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is hiring a PRN LPN. $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. PRN, flexible day or night shifts, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift. Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here, you'll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus, with the flexibility to choose your shifts. What you'll do Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life What you'll need

Required:

Active Illinois LPN license At least 18 years old Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift

Preferred:

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living Pay and benefits $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials Schedule PRN, on-call.
