QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing.
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year as a LPN in psychiatric nursing preferred.
Licensure:
Licensed to practice vocational/practical nursing from the State Board of Nursing or Psychiatric Technicians.
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification and successful completion of

including restraint and seclusion policies, within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
