Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1st and 2nd shift. $22,500 sign-on bonus paid across first three years of employment for full-time nurses. Prorated for part-time. The listed pay rate is the starting base pay range including the Night/Evening shift differential. We also have additional pay programs, like a No Benefit Wage, that may interest you.

Are you a technically skilled nurse who loves being at the bedside? We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve an important role in the care of members of our community. In this role, you are the backbone of our resident care delivery. You will focus on the precision of medication administration, wound treatments, and direct resident monitoring to ensure our patients care needs are met with compassion and dignity. Join one of the leading senior care and rehabilitation providers in Indiana. Here you will utilize and grow your skills related to Tracheostomy care, IV (PICC, central, midline), blood draws, TPN, wound care, medication/side effect monitoring, and more. You will lead other direct care staff to help guide patients to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently and safely administer medications and treatments to residents on your unit according to physician orders. Perform routine clinical tasks including catheterization, glucose monitoring, and sterile dressing changes. Provide immediate guidance to and mentor CNAs and QMAs to ensure all activities of daily living (ADLs) are met with dignity. Monitor resident vitals and status; provide detailed, accurate documentation and report any deviations from the resident's baseline.
Qualifications:
Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing. A passion for direct patient interaction and a high level of technical nursing skill. Miller's Health Systems is a 100% employee-owned company that operations multiple nursing care and
