+ Downtown Fort Wayne Union 12 and Paper Mill on The Landing are looking for friendly, dependable Event Bartenders to join our team! For us, bartending is about more than making drinks — customer service is a huge part of this role. Our bartenders are some of the team members guests interact with most, so we're looking for people who are outgoing, welcoming and genuinely enjoy taking care of others. What You'll Do Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest Prepare and serve beer, wine, mixed drinks + signature cocktails Keep service moving efficiently while still creating a great guest experience Set up, stock, clean + close down the bar Operate our POS system and handle transactions accurately Follow responsible alcohol service + venue policies Work alongside our Event Day Managers, security + venue team What We're Looking For Strong weekday availability, including daytime and evening events Friendly, outgoing + customer-service focused Dependable and comfortable working independently Able to stay positive and professional in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years bartending experience required, but great customer service and the right personality are just as important to us Weekend shifts may also be available, but we are especially looking for someone with flexibility Monday-Friday. 1-2 years bartending experience is required, but great customer service and the right personality are just as important to us.
