$38.00-$42.00/hour (Based on Experience) Join a Team That Values Quality Patient Care We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a well-established Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Muncie, Indiana on a PRN/Per Diem basis. Available Shifts:

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Enjoy flexible scheduling while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional care. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates to providers and nursing leadership. Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality resident care. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and infection control guidelines. Qualifications Current Indiana LPN license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain). Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred but not required. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team.
